A placemaking laboratory for the inhabitants of Naujoji Vilnia, Markučiai and Paupys districts. For each of the three locations, a specific problem/opportunity was selected by the participants of the symposium and the workshop. The participants, divided into 4 working groups, were guided by experts through the process of generating ideas and drafting an action plan to practically respond to a given challenge and contribute to the community-driven development of the their district.
