Lumo-valofestivaali on mukana 18 eurooppalaisen kaupungin yhteisessä kulttuurihankkeessa, joka on rakennettu James Joycen Odysseus eli Ulysses teoksen innoittamana. Creative Europe –ohjelmasta rahoitetun hankkeen turvin Lumoon voidaan vuodelle 2023 toteuttaa merkittävä teos.

The Lumo light festival is part of a joint cultural project of 18 European cities, which was built inspired by James Joyce’s Odysseus or Ulysses. Thanks to a project funded by the Creative Europe program, a significant work can be realized in Lumo for the year 2023.
